We were just starting to have to do that stuff in production when I left. We were welders, machinists, pipe drawers and formers. We had all of, I think, 3 women in the entire plant? All of them working clipboard jobs up front. So, what's the point in dragging 30 odd oil drenched, pissed off, sweated dudes in to a cramped ass presentation room to tell us allllll about how we need to be, "kind and inclusive"? Everyone just treated it like a joke, and some time to just sit on their ass.
