In Pennsylvania, there is a claim that people could go into their local town hall or where ever is the right place, request a ballot, receive the ballot immediately, fill in the ballot, and submit it over the counter all in one office visit. They say those votes are recorded as mailed out and received on the same day. Is that true?
UPDATE: Rudy's claim that PA sent out 1.8 million absentee ballots appears to have been an error. The allegation that PA counted more absentee ballots than they issues appears to have been an error when all the various problems were being collected and organized. There still are more than 600,000 votes that were counted without being observed, which is a fraud. There are a lot of other problems with the PA vote.
Don’t forget that in the 2020 Primaries that 450k Mail-in-ballots were left unanswered and now in the Presidential one having 650k, including an increase from 1.8 million to 3.1 million out of nowhwere that Giuliani was also pointing out.

I believe I remember Rudy saying that in some of the testimony videos. You should be able to find it in the affidavits.

They also said Trump voters were turned away after saying they had cast their votes already, but in reality haven’t.
I am trying to prove the fraud to my son. I need proof, more than 'nope'
