What would happen if you printed up 100,000 ballots and dropped them off in various ballot drop locations? Think they'd just count them? If they did well then you got the desired result.
If they didn't count them and said we have widespread fraud, well then desired result.
But people are quicker to come up with futile ideas than ones that would actually work.
