The Constituion never once mentions standing. Not to mention, liberals NEVER need standing. I’ve seen them sue Trump over something he’s only planning on doing, and a Hawaii judge issues a fucking nationwide injunction.
Nothing will be done about it. Frankly Republicans had four years to secure the election process and failed to do so. At this point I blame them just as much.

They're the same party with two faces. That's why. The only reason they didn't get it done was because they didn't WANT to. And we have only one viable solution: forming a new nation that will.
Standing should be thoroughly regulated and judges that invoke it illegally should be subject to an express impeachment proceeding.
