EDIT: Looking at the documents further and doing further research, this obviously comes from a White House staffer so it's going to be biased that way. And then on the other side of the coin, all the criticism of it is sourced to oppositely partisan sources. So it doesn't really do much in the way of convincing anyone. People already convinced one way or the other will look at what their side has said, dig in on that. It's WWI 2.0: Electric Boogaloo.
