I donated $500 to the Colorado Republican Party a while back. I called my credit card company to file a dispute claim. They sent me a $500 provisional credit.

Donations to the GOP are fraudulent transaction as the money was not used to support Trump as the GOP falsely promised.

If you haven't done so already, get your money back from the GOP. Don't let them steal your money.

Whether you authorized the payment is irrelevant. Tell them it is for "services not rendered" and you will get your money back. The GOP lied. They spent months begging for donations saying they would use the money to fight for Trump. None of the money was used to fight for Trump.
