When are we going to get these people the help they need? I don’t even mean that in a rude way. It’s a mental illness and they really need professional help. Going along with their delusions that they can change their gender at will is doing way more harm to them than good.
A fundamental inability to live within even the most basic confines of reality, is about as mentally ill as a person can be. Frankly, these people likely can’t be helped; the only thing to do is prevent future generations from becoming this.
We would need to totally gut the entire psychiatric profession, including the ones that dictate what is and isn't a mental illness as even the texts that are supposed to be "objective" are blatantly not. The current group of "professionals" are the ones spreading the mindset and they are making sure any that don't slowly lose their licences to practice. For reference these are the same people that made it a mental illness to be masculine, labeling it as "toxic masculinity" which many of us expect to now be used as a way to remove firearms under the pretense that men are "mentally ill" and would be a "clear and present danger if allowed to be armed."
It's not about doing what's best for the patients. It's about following the narrative that they can use to destroy western civilization.
They aren't going to get help, as society has successfully moved into a position of support and acceptance towards these people.

It's never men who are at the top of their sport who are making some soy "tits". They're usually performing in the bottom half of the group they want to compete against. But once they declare themselves a woman, suddenly they're winning competitions by a landslide.

Men should demand to be in every sport women are in. Once they all start losing theyll get a bit more "right" minded and demand that there are only 2 sexes. beat em at their own game and punish them for their stupidity in the same stroke.
It's very simple. If you alter your gender, you must compete in the more challenging gender group.
This will mostly mean competing in men's groups, but there are some gymnastics where women perform better, I think.
You should be forced to compete as your sex, which is either male or female, and will never change. Even if a male Pretoria be a female, he should still be allowed to compete, but as a male.
Women who have started testosterone treatments to transition to male also have an advantage. Testosterone is a pretty damn effective performance enhancing drug.
That's why I say to let trans folks compete in the strongest field.
