A fundamental inability to live within even the most basic confines of reality, is about as mentally ill as a person can be. Frankly, these people likely can’t be helped; the only thing to do is prevent future generations from becoming this.

We would need to totally gut the entire psychiatric profession, including the ones that dictate what is and isn't a mental illness as even the texts that are supposed to be "objective" are blatantly not. The current group of "professionals" are the ones spreading the mindset and they are making sure any that don't slowly lose their licences to practice. For reference these are the same people that made it a mental illness to be masculine, labeling it as "toxic masculinity" which many of us expect to now be used as a way to remove firearms under the pretense that men are "mentally ill" and would be a "clear and present danger if allowed to be armed."

It's not about doing what's best for the patients. It's about following the narrative that they can use to destroy western civilization.

They aren't going to get help, as society has successfully moved into a position of support and acceptance towards these people.
