A schizo truly believes the voices they hear and the hallucinations are real too but thankfully we aren’t forced to live in their delusional make believe world. What makes these mentally ill people any more deserving? They used to be able to toss all these whackjobs into an nut house...or people ridiculed them enough that they didn’t feel empowered to act out.
