All of these EOs can be wiped away the instant Biden is sworn in. GEOTUS is telling us with these actions that it is business as usual and he has this all covered. I seriously doubt that the Insurrection Act will be used (its scope and utility are often misunderstood). Trump has ample emergency powers from multiple declarations of emergency and multiple Eos (not to mention his basic Constitutional and statutory powers) to handle everything.
I found this guy to have a really interesting theory about what POTUS' plan could be. He laid out his case very well and used a lot of supporting evidence to back up his theory.
It's a really long video, so it's hard to summarize. And just to repeat, it's only a theory. And the guy on here says it's only a theory.
The gist is that FEMA has been in charge of the country since March due to COVID
He sited something Trump signed back then as evidence to back this up
Basically, FEMA has crazy powers that supersede the Constitution. I had no idea about this. I looked it up and it is actually true.
He also pointed out that the National Guard in DC answers only to POTUS, not the mayor and not anyone else.
The gist is that FEMA can arrest people and hold civil trials under the Stafford Act, I believe.
So the IA was a red herring and this guy believes that FEMA has the power to do a lot and that this is the play.
Again, only a theory. I'm sure I messed it up and butchered it. The video really is worth a listen. I found it really interesting. No idea if the guy's right, but I liked how he laid everything out. I try to keep an open mind about stuff, so I enjoy listening to lots of different theories and ideas.

Can you sum up Trump's plan?
