DeBlasio's daughter looks like a kid that was tortured and abused for most of childhood and probably still is in adult hood. She needs drug rehab (looks like a heroin high with eyes rolled back) and intense therapy. Not to mention prayers. There is no way she had any semblance of a childhood. Poor thing.
