It is being factual. The clearer parts, of the video..is his hands, wrists, and fingers and above the wrist into the forearm. Those images are if hime being a black man. But, you have your opinion..and we can agree, to disagree.

That may be the case, but he was black. And that should help narrowing down, who was in the capitol on duty that day.
