No amount of civilians is going to breach the Capitol, even if it just had the same security as the 6th and say, 1000 more cops/NG.
Why bring in 20,000 extra NG, concrete barriers, 8ft fences AND razor wire, plus $7.5m of private security? To an event literally no one from the right is planning to attend?
