Rev 22:17 KJV And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever WILL, let him take the water of life freely.

Who will come?

Nobody will come, unless it is first granted by the Father for them to come. If man's free will existed, then we would grant it to ourselves, but as it is, it is the Father who grants this.

And He was saying, “For this reason I have said to you, that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted him from the Father.” — John 6:65

The KJV translates Strong's G2309 in the following manner:

to will, have in mind, intend

to be resolved or determined, to purpose

to desire, to wish

to love

to like to do a thing, be fond of doing

to take delight in, have pleasure.

which corrupted translation are you using ?

Yes people are given wills, they're just not free.

2Pe 3:9 KJV The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
