Both these people are figureheads/fronts to hide the real owners.
This is why they're hesitant to respond to anything, and why they seemingly know nothing when questioned.

A company board actually controls the company. For example, Steve Jobs created Apple, but when the company went public, the company’s board ousted him. The same could happen with Dorsey
