FEMA can basically do whatever the fuck FEMA wants to alleviate national and internation (when requested and called on) disasters. Use military forces, make arrests, evacuate areas, essentially once they are invoked they are above the law and disregard everything up to and including the constitution to give them the authority to house military in homes that have been evacuated in disaster areas
So basically.... the bad guys.

This is just this guy's own personal theory. And he says as much, multiple times in the video. I looked up his claims about FEMA and their powers, and it's true. I was shocked. I had no idea FEMA had so much power. I'm not saying it's going to happen or not happen. I just thought it was an interesting theory. I like to keep an open mind.

I’ve reset my expectations but still pray for a Trump presidency. I think we continue the fight at the state level pushing conservatives into the legislatures and pushing school choice and other red state priorities. The GOP in DC is a lost cause regardless.
