Is Gab being impeded by Cloudflare without showing as down on down detector? (media.patriots.win)

It's funny, someone on gab suggested that they might cut access to it by disabling it at the DNS level, so they recommended using the direct IP.
Lo and behold when you try to type in its IP it says "Cloudflare doesnt allow direct IP access".

Guess I should have tested it prior to the DNS servers spazing.
