it took me a few times of rereading it to make sure this was actually someone pretending to be a lawyer by giving the worst fucking advice that you would never in a million years hear from a real lawyer......
Show me one single real lawyer that would say the same thing on video.... that other than very very specific circumstances, it's totally okay and fine to talk to the FBI and be interrogated without your lawyer present...... Because that's what this idiot is telling people
Honestly doesn't matter if he is a real lawyer or not... the only reason that matters is because it would be real fucked up that a state actually let him take and pass the bar exam, but other than that, bad advice is bad advice, regardless of whether or not it came from a real lawyer....
