However I visited Arizona state data https://azsos.gov/sites/default/files/State_Voter_Registration_2020_General.pdf This has AZ registered voters at nearly 4.3 million. Total votes cast for President in AZ was roughly 3.4 million. https://www.azcentral.com/elections/results/race/2020-11-03-presidential-AZ-0/ Can anyone point me to the data he’s using to count over votes?

Playing devils advocate - the link you post could’ve been update 2 seconds before you clicked it - I wouldn’t take it as given that 4.3m was the number they had on November 5th for example. That being said, I too am keen to see his workings for that.
