Yeah the USD is taking a dump from all the money printing so your buying power is going down. They will effectively be lowering your hourly pay then raising the minimum wage to wipe out what remains of small businesses.

Maybe I'm wrong but it seems it would more accurately be described as deflation of the dollar... Inflation of the money supply or price of good otherwise

I was talking with my broker about this yesterday. Simple supply and demand. With a Biden administration, the energy sector will actually do better because they will be forced into reducing the supply, so prices will go up. That scenario is what the market is responding to and the Saudis and other oil producing nations are restricting their supply to drive up demand and thus, price. Trump was great for us as consumers, increasing our domestic energy resources, but the energy sector did not do as well as producers. Another reason why the globalists love Biden.

Gas is ridiculously cheap.

For now.

Higher gas prices benefit American supply. Fracking doesn't really support the current prices.

Not saying I want $6/gal, but $2 isn't really sustainable.

This is important. I know lots of people in the oil & gas industry. The workers have been suffering with the slow economy and low price of oil. We need everyone to get back to normal, raise the price of oil so companies will start producing/exploring again, and we can all get raises again instead of pay cuts.

I know higher gas prices suck, but remember those higher prices at the pump are often supporting your oil & gas industry neighbors.

$6.80 in the UK right now. They're trying to price us off the road. But i'd rather sell a kidney than sell my lovely V8 Jaguar.
