Right - that's why I'm saying Trump should have focused on the Consent Decree because it's not up for debate. It happened, it was illegal, and it would invalidate the election there. The other stuff is up for debate, sure, until a court properly examines the evidence along with the defendant. That's not going to happen though.
A CNN anchor or MSM head could not go on live TV and say "The Consent Decree was legal" without getting in trouble - it's verifiably true and non debatable.
You'd think the GA government would have loved to make fools of the Trump team in Court...but no, they just poisoned the well by never giving due process to these allegations which has caused such mistrust and angst. Not wise.
