The FBI agent who wrote this is mucking up timeframes and claims the protesters entered the barricades and up the steps at 2pm when in fact it was more like 1:15. Seems like a way to say. “ Look, its documented by a federal agent that the Trump supporters were all there after the speech, and they broke the barriers”

I mean i know its good they look o prosecute him, but its to bad that from my limited legal understanding and lack of fluency in legalese that it sounds like he is looking at getting charged with obstructing police from doing their duties and trespassing.. I hope they nail the rat bastard.. fingers crossed.

As I understand it, he was arrested on the 7? or 8? at his hotel. He was released the next day without charges. The papers are dated for yesterday.
