Seems like a way to say. “ Look, its documented by a federal agent that the Trump supporters were all there after the speech, and they broke the barriers”
I mean i know its good they look o prosecute him, but its to bad that from my limited legal understanding and lack of fluency in legalese that it sounds like he is looking at getting charged with obstructing police from doing their duties and trespassing.. Dudes got pending charges in Utah too. From his little BLM shit. Inciting riots and property damage.
As I understand it, he was arrested on the 7? or 8? at his hotel. He was released the next day without charges. The papers are dated for yesterday.
