Rigjt now my primary income is cosching and consulting bodybuilding. But for the last two years I’ve been breeding aquarium shrimp and plants and some fish. Outgrew the basement and transitioning and upgrading to thr garage. Launching that online business very soon as my stocks are finally large enough to sell.

I do all kinds of shit though and it’s open ended. I built a nice woodshop this year and seeing where that goes. I’ve got an apprentice working part time and we are tackling new projects each week. Original plan was to build custom aquarium stands and racks for customers. But I’ve been investing in equipment and machinery. I needed a way to make better labels and that printer has turned out to be helpful bc friends also have wanted better labels too. Even the tee shirt press I bought to make my own shirts has generated some income.

I’m on a mission. I don’t know what the mission is exactly yet but im on it.

Sounds like you have a similar spirit as me with your hydroponics operation.

I work for the man, and I can't stand it. I've always felt like I was meant to make my own way. Due to poor life decisions, I'm just now finally in a position where I can just dabble into some things and see how it shakes out. I built a 10 x 10 greenhouse over my patio this spring and summer, got a few IBCs to catch rain water, and planted 1600 sq ft of no-till garden. Canned almost 200 quarts this summer. Been growing oyster mushrooms in 5 gallon buckets too and got a tent ready to put up to scale up growing.

I was a personal trainer myself for about six years. We must have similar interests as I spent a big part of my fall studying aquaponics systems, and specifically growing shrimp and tilapia. I decided my climate is too cold to start a system out in the winter, and due to my limited budget I'll learn the ins/outs of hydroponics first.

Also done some dabbling in making art work out of HDPE bags. I've perfected a technique to make some interesting Pollock-esque designs. Been shaping coffee cups, making wall pictures and the like. It's amazing what can be done with just a handful of grocery bags and a pancake griddle.
