New Rule Proposal: Ban Linking Directly to Twitter

Use Nitter, screenshots, archive.is, or something else if needed, but there's no reason we should be sending them any traffic.
If they can ban us, we can ban them.

This used to be a rule, back when TD was still on Reddit. Definitely needs to come back.
What's nitter?
nitter.net lets you browse twitter traffic without counting as traffic/views/traction for their site. Search for username or keywords. If you get an instance error, just refresh the page.
