Speaking from very personal experience (though not me directly), EVERYONE who entered the building will be contacted. Everyone will be able to choose - hard way or easy way.
Easy way - have a lawyer and be cooperative. Accept the citation for trespass.
Hard way - insult them and refuse to cooperate. They WILL kick your door down. They will make it much worse for you.
Do not say anything to them, at all. Just don't act like an arrogant prick.
There are things happening, which will make the trespass cases likely to be dropped to avoid a lot of unfortunate information from coming out in court. Just be respectful, have an attorney and take the citation.
It is becoming clear, that the leading edge was at least 80% ANTIFAGS. After the first wave, MAGA did make up about 50% of the incursion. Importantly, they have video of everything and they are not planning to take significant action against anyone who only entered and didn't break or take stuff.
