Windows 10 has a cool feature called Windows Sandbox. It's essentially a virtual windows machine with edge browser built in, that's isolated, so you can click on these links that you are not sure if they're safe. (it will save you from getting any malware, but of course all the traffic is still logged as coming from your PC)
