Dude, he folded, January 6th was our chance to actually do something, and yet no new evidence was dropped and nothing changed. I want him to win this, and I’m really hoping that he can somehow pull through, but the entire system is rigged against him, by those that shall not be named, and there’s practically no chance for him to win, especially now that he’s practically conceded and almost entirely disappeared.
He said he would be presenting new evidence that would blow our minds. He didn't do that at all. Then he said he would march to the capitol with us, but he disappeared. Then he tweeted for everyone to go home. The entire thing was a shit show and huge mistake on Trump's part. He didn't encourage people to break the law but he absolutely riled people up to do something. To the point this site was acting like we should be preparing for the next civil war. Total fail and I knew they would dress like us and do crazy shit. How did Trump not know.
Valid points, but to answer your final question, Trump (and people advising him) probably didn't expect multiple members of the US Capitol Police force to aid and abet the violent invasion of the Capitol building. That invasion was what set off the hysterical rage against Trump's involvement in staging the January 6 rally/protest, and it seems that it really may not have been reasonably foreseeable. An attempt to invade, yes, but not the large-scale success of that attempt.
