It hasn't been demonstrated to me that entering the Capitol Building is a crime. Walking into a building, especially a federal building, and even more especially the seat of our democracy, is not an act of terror. Those doors should always be open. The American people should always be welcome to observe the process of self-governance.
Obviously some things that happened there were illegal. Whoever broke windows, lit fires, vandalized, put them in jail. But the rest of the people did nothing wrong that I can see.
Add on to that the BLM guy who was telling cops to let them in or they would get hurt like cops outside did. He was strong arming the police to entrap the patriots. Get the picture yet?
