But instead of having hope in that, what is going to happen is people like you who put all their belief, trust and hope that Biden and Congress will be arrested before the 20th is going to create some major demoralization and defeatism when Biden is sworn in and nothing happens.
Either that or its going to create more delusion and complacency because "the plan" will then turn into some theory on how it was Trump's plan to have Biden inaugurated and that Trump is working behind the scenes to arrest Biden and reinstall himself later.

The National Guard is there as part of the propaganda that Trump supporters are violent terrorists and that MAGA is dangerous. Its not a coincidence that at the same time they are pushing through legislation to make any Trump or MAGA rally a "terrorist activity, deplatformed thousands of conservative voices, silenced Trump and us, not letting Trump supporters travel, and firing Trump supporters from their jobs at the same time.
They need all those soldiers there to say "SEE! TRUMP SUPPORTERS ARE DANGEROUS AND LOOK AT ALL THIS PROTECTION WE NEED AGAINST THEM!"
