Notice at 44:20 he talks about making a recording and having it transcribed but then destroying the recording. That is destruction of evidence. He is violating the Brady rights of a defendant. That defendant is entitled to ALL evidence gathered by the police. That includes the recording of the interview.

Shit like that is the problem with the system. Some judge will say what I'm saying isn't true but I've seen this bullshit in the real world. Cop has a kidnapping case. He goes to the gas station that the kidnapper supposedly stopped at while having the kidnapping victim with him. He looks at the video footage and quickly realizes that its exculpatory. It CLEARLY shows the woman wasn't kidnapped. She got out of the car and used the restroom alone etc etc...

So the cop doesn't bring the tape with him. He never logs it into evidence. He KNOWS there was no kidnapping. But the person goes to trail and is convicted. Why? Because he didn't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay lawyers and PIs to go and find that tape. Why is that cop allowed to throw that evidence away? He allowed the evidence to be destroyed by intentionally not collecting it.

That is not a search for truth or justice. That is evil. Pure fucking evil. That's what our justice system has become.
