There were videos of some rioters that were livestreaming with their lawyer on. Vincent James covered it awhile back, but it's actually a good tactic. None of what has happened to these people entering the capitol would have been as bad if they would have had a lawyer to speak for them and kept their mouths shut. Hell, even just not carrying your phone to a protest is probably a great lifesaver for cases like this.
