I have a question. If Trump is such a racist, and the boarder wall is so terrible... then why is the president of an alternate ethnicity of which is considered a minority in the U.S. that just so happens to be on the other side of that wall, why is he supporting Trump? Is Mexican President Obrador also a racist? To his own people no less!
One thing to help put this into perspective: Mexico has a somewhat contemptuous relationship with Central American nations. The people of Mexico didn’t want Central Americans using Mexico as a bridge to the US open border, the caravans clashed with local communities, they can bring diseases or criminal elements through these towns. When the wall construction started, Mexico started enforcing their southern border and effectively became the wall. Trump was right, Mexico needed to fund the prevention of Central American migration - They paid for the wall!
