Trump achieved his secondary plan (as opposed to being able to take back the election), a large majority of the US doesn't believe Biden is legit. His team know this, and it's stressing them out. I expect, and have been expecting for a while now, that his entire presidency will be like this. He won't do any public speaking either, because that gives people the opportunity to heckle him (and they would).
