They look really similar and the picture here isn't clear, but the Marshall badge has more blue on the front, making me think these are capitol police badges.
Does look like it has a darker, possibly bluer front, but there are also holes under the wings of the eagle, which the Marshall's badge doesn't have, but the Capitol Police badge does. The darker front may just be due to shadowing.
