After finding the source and extracting ~46:00 - 50:10 to a WAV file, results no better. It was a microphone left on very low to capture room tone, not useful voices (~40db down from peak) and the compression artifacts at that low level are harsh. I conclude the captions are fake, a cruel joke. Even in a few places where clear words jump out "the State" "ship it" "you like it now. Now that [you care/it's there]" the captions do not even have similar sounding words.

No one will see my message though unless they sort by 'worst'.

I completely agree. I sent this and the raw video to people that have the means to analyze it but with a heavy disclaimer that it is most likely a ruse or a product of wishful thinking.
