Looks like this is the way we may have to go if we can no longer donate to causes we believe in because of leftist shutting us down. I have no idea how this works. Anyone have an bit coin for dummies type website?

You can use a service site to buy and sell it just like a stock. Or you can buy it and put it into a "wallet". Kinda like investing in a gold ira vs ordering some gold coins. I could go into blockchain and mining, but none of that is really important. Just think of it as digital gold. It's a limited product with high demand and a hedge against inflation.

Coin base makes it really easy. If you use this link to join and buy some, we'll both get a little bonus btc. https://www.coinbase.com/join/owens_20t

With coinbase, you can choose to leave it there like an investment account or move it to a wallet. There is also a "pro" version of coinbase. Pro.coinbase.com Here there are some more advanced buying/selling option, like limits and stops. However, its purely digital. You cannot transfer it to a wallet.
