I bet you there have much smaller broadcast equipment and aren't going to advertise themselves. I guess you could do what Maxine Waters suggests and form a crowd at a gas station or supermarket when you see someone with a camera, but they might just be amateur photographers and stuff by then for all we know. These people are rats and will try to blend in.
