The president is basically occupying DC with the Army. Congress seems fine with this.

Let's see.

There was an "insurrection". He proclaimed an "order to disperse" in the form of a go home message. The "militia" has been deployed to help maintain law and order; to "enforce the authority of the United States". The antagonists are being prosecuted.

Nothing to see here. Right?

It seems to be in order with the codified insurrection act.

The "militia" is every able bodied man under 45 and women serving in the guard. This includes organized and unorganized militia members. If indeed the actions above corelate to the insurrection act being implemented then that would mean you and I have, in a sense, been activated to help fight for this country. We have been tapped to preserve the peace.

There needs to be peace. There needs to be a redress of grievances.

To be frank occupying the capitol is exactly what we needed. It could have been done on the sixth but some people were not peaceful and from what I can tell no one had an actual plan. When they stormed the place they should have went in until they couldn't proceed further. At which point they then engage in a sit in protest. Something that would not possible when people are behaving like a mob with no cohesive plan. Imagine a true peaceful protest.

I am not calling for any type of action. There may or may not be a protest. All I am saying is if there is and if you truly support this movement you have an obligation to support our troops and support our police. If you find yourself in situation where there are antagonistic provocateurs know that we outnumber them. You have to put a stop to the behavior or in extreme circumstances turn them over to the authorities. You have to be the example and lead with peaceful protest.

I am purposely framing it that way because it's thought provoking. The reality is probably much more mundane.

Also, I don't think people will show up to see Biden. May I remind you of the crowds at Biden's campaign "rallies". The Army isn't there to keep the peace for inauguration I think something else is going on.

To follow up and add more. State of emergency declared (insurrection) National guard deployed in absurd numbers (insurrection) from what I’ve been told the guard is the only branch allowed to use force on civilians... which oh yeah, politicians are CIVILIANS [correct me if I’m wrong here] Homeland steps down, FEMA takes over (insurrection) Videos emerging of the Capitol being razor wired off? Looks awfully similar to... A FEMA CAMP/PRISON.

Just my two cents, something big is coming, what it is? We don’t know.
