The CIA was solely responsible for causing the crack epidemic. They flew planes of coke in and planes of guns out.
The government has been corrupt for a very long time. Everybody knows, nobody does anything to fix it.
An honest answer is because law enforcement is not what we are told it is, law enforcements main role is to protect the ruling establishment. This is not me making a joke, I am telling you how the system actually works.
If people understood that, there would be far less confusion.
Likewise, the mainstream media is the propaganda arm of the ruling establishment, accept that fact and again how they act then makes sense.
The military is the enforcement arm of the elite's empire, while soldiers are told they are signing up to protect our freedoms, they really protect the profits of the establishment and their corporations. The national guard is in DC to protect the coronation of a corrupt illegitimate president that got there by a stolen vote, the exact opposite of protecting our freedoms.
Understanding what the systems of control really are will stop people respecting then and hopefully start them fighting against them. Despite how strong these systems look, they are far weaker than they appear.
