I think we figured it out. Here’s what could happen. Trump is going to step down and he will leave the White House. Trump will hand over power either over to Mike Pompeo or to the head of FEMA or to a military board of governors. The Biden inauguration will be canceled. A bipartisan panel of military judges will be set up to hear testimony on the possibility of 2020 election fraud. FEMA will declare a state of emergency and all news television stations (and maybe internet channels like YouTube) will be required to broadcast the panels proceedings live, unedited and without interruption.
The justification for the state of emergency could be partly due to Covid but it is more likely to be due to the possibility that there was foreign interference in a fraudulent US election. That type of interference would be a direct attack on the rights of US citizens to a fair vote and on the US constitution.
Both Trump supporters and Biden supporters will be allowed to testify, however these military judges are likely to demand that evidence be produced during the testimony. These judges will have little tolerance for speechmaking and will ask for video evidence, document evidence, mathematical or computational analysis, and direct testimony from witnesses.
Under a FEMA state of emergency, all news channels or maybe even all TV channels will be required to broadcast the election review panel live, uncensored and without interruption. Any channel that doesn’t cooperate with these demands will risk seizure by the FEMA run government.
Despite the media ignoring the evidence, Trump and his lawyers and supporters have been collecting a great deal of evidence for weeks. Biden and his supporters will have almost no real evidence that the Trump-team’s evidence is fraudulent or false.
After about two weeks of testimony, the panel will review the evidence for a few days and then declare that Trump rightfully won the 2020 presidential election. Hopefully after Trump gets back in the office the election panel or some variation of the panel will continue examining each and every case of election fraud and criminals will be prosecuted and jailed.

As head of FEMA and DHS, Peter Gaynor has the authority to manage security for the inauguration. So, just like he just canceled the inauguration practice he can go ahead and cancel the actual ceremony.
Now does that stop Nancy from telling John Roberts to go over to Joe’s basement and swear him in? No it doesn’t. But how many people will accept a president sworn in from his basement by quite possibly the most corrupt member of the Supreme Court?
Fair enough but there are no legal provisions for Trump to hand over power to a military board of governor, and then have military go through election evidence and adjudicated it. It just doesn’t make any sense. Military tribunals and courts exist to bring military personnel to justice or if there is a treason bring the people to justice. They just can’t preside over a presidential election hearing that too days before pedojoe is scheduled to be sworn in
Even if this is all possible in theory (which I strongly doubt ) no one will have the courage to do it, just like Pence didn’t have the courage to send the fraudulent state electors back to the state legislature. That was much more easy to do, compared to this.
Read Pence’s letter - he bailed because it was unprecedented, not because he wanted to hand the country over to the rats. Even though Pence knew there was fraud he didn’t want to be the first person in US history to do this. He didn’t have the courage that actual leaders need, the courage that our founding fathers had when they built this country.
OK well then Trump can just do it the hard way, declare war on China, arrest a shit ton of people the day before the inauguration, lock them up in Guantánamo and put them on trial for treason. Those trials could be televised live and uninterrupted by presidential fiat.

FEMA actually does have incredible extra-constitutional powers.
Right now, I do believe that the United States is under a type of state of national emergency due to COVID-19. Additionally, in 2018, Trump gave an executive order seeking out foreign interference in US elections. If there was foreign interference in US elections, a state of emergency could be declared in order to clear up who actually won the election.
This state of emergency has to be declared because if Joe Biden is sworn in as the president you’re going to have at least 65 million angrily people disagreeing with that. Those people could end up in the streets fighting Joe Biden supporters. I’m pretty sure the military doesn’t want that to happen as many military members today have direct experience with war and chaos.
Read the 2018 EO. It doesn’t give unfettered powers, it only gives powers to appropriate the funds of those involved in interfering with the election.
Unless there is overwhelming evidence of foreign interference, not the tik tok type we have seen so far , no one is going to budge.

When Trump asked his followers not to be violent, they listened. If Trump leaves office and the deep state continues to persecute him, try to prevent him from ever running for president again and destroy his family; only then will you see Trump supporters, in mass, take up arms and fight back.
Also, we don’t know what all the actual evidence is for foreign interference in the election. Maybe some of information was disinformation or maybe all of it was true. If it’s China Germany Italy Venezuela etc., that’s a serious fucking problem.
The deep state is too fucking powerful and corrupt. The media runs diversion for the deep state. For a whole year BLM burnt cities including DC and none from the media or law enforcement blamed them for anything. DC mayor allowed them a free pass. Patriots do one thing in DC and they are domestic terrorists as per the media, same DC mayor is sending the cops to lock them in hotels, DC AG is drawing up indictments for the patriots. The difference in treatment cannot be contrasting.

I know this sounds like doomer talk but Trump should have cleaned up big time when he had the chance in 2018 and 2019, he knew his campaign was being spied on, the witch hunt was fake, muller shit was lies, the first impeachment was built on a stack of lies, he should have arrested everyone involved in the espionage and tried them in military courts for treason and put them to stern punishment.
