The President of US has no choice but to hand over power to people who stole the election?

You may be right in a way as the constitution left it to the people to correct the wrong with 2A provision.

Also Trump handing over to the Military until a fresh election is conducted by the military is also a viable option that has been done in many other countries i.e recently in Thailand. But I doubt if any adviser even suggested this to Trump.
