It also assumes, if not implicitly implies there is video of her for 30 continuous seconds before the shot to ensure no makeup or trickery. This is all assuming there us a moment of impact caught on camera and same forensic ideas are used with richochet or the slug imbedding into a surface behined her. If the bullet does not have a peircing velocity it changes how the neck reacts when struck. But we cannot see any of that, so a forensic video of a sound and a person on the ground does very little.
