I read an explanation that he didn’t sign a Bill offering 100% free paid for AIDS care when he was governor, saying he would rather spend the money on safe sex education. Thus, the “gay education/conversion camps” people flipped out about. They thought he was gonna round up the gays and make them take sex school or something. When I try to find information on it I get all kinds of screeching about how homophobic he is and trump hates gays, that kind of thing. The media is useless. Not to mention in 4 years neither one of them has said anything about gay people, maybe that’s why they’re mad.
