There aren't going to be a "million+ people at DC" for Joe Biden, aside from the people who are already stuck living in DC. There will be a relatively small number of visitors, some of the usual trouble-makers and military who have (in all likelihood) already been forced to inoculate. President Trump advised all of us to stay away from the "inauguration". Biden consistently couldn't get more than a handful of people at his rallies. It's not like he had a hundred thousand people trying to get into those 12 seats; no one cared. Now, he's planning to be on a screen, making it even less appealing to even his handful of deluded supporters.
