To me it seems like they are trying to keep the illusion of power right now. They proceeded with an Impeachment in record time, under false pretenses. They deployed upwards of 20,000 national gaurd, a huge overreaction. They are trying to slander anyone who is a member of the right. The system is now broke, no more check and balances.
