Well PERSONALLY I am ok with it because, if done properly and say...'trials should be over in 30-45 days' or something like that I think the country would be OK with it. There has been a lot of attention to the evidence supporting it. Then see what the trial results are and move on from there as appropriate.

U.S. military can only do training exercises on U.S. soil.
