You don't need 20 to 30 thousand troops in DC to protect a virtual inauguration. Those troops are there to not only arrest all those that committed treason but to also stop the left from burning it down when Trump plays his hand. Wasn't it the DC mayor that requested those troops? That would imply they would be working against Trump.
