It's just like last time, only the demonrats are trying to ram it thru with no trial, no evidence, no proof and no due process. That will fail. They will go to court within a month after the inauguration. That's when Trump's team can prove there was no incitement and the real reason people would have a need to be incited to begin with: voter fraud. Hopefully the team will be able to present evidence of that, which has been denied by every court. If they find him guilty - which they won't - he is then stripped of his right to have secret service protection, a presidential library and can never hold any office anywhere ever. If they find him not guilty, he is aquitted. In other words...it's all evil what they are doing to him, his family, you, me and all Americans. Disgustung political abuse of power. Remember the names of those demons - starting with Pence - who stabbed POTUS and all of his supporters in the back. Remember.
If they stretch this out in the Senate where they will have the majority with Harris as VP, can’t they vote to charge? Obviously they would be wrong in doing so and evil. Or is there 2/3 needed or even a SCOTUS aspect that would keep a simple majority from ramming it through?
