Poll workers should be vetted in a manner similar to Jury Duty, along with their selection to Poll Work should also be a random selection also similar to Jury duty before vetting that way we don’t have career riggers like Ruby and her ilk. Voting reform is more than making sure the ballot counts are right it’s making sure the whole voting process is secure from the very start. I believe that in doing this can help ensure our free and fair election system.

Very good idea. Have all parties or candidates chose vote counters.
The election system has been taken over by one side and it's not ours. We saw what happens to Republican poll watchers, hiring practices in the same counties are going to be the same. Republicans just don't get the job. YES that has to be fixed.
Involvement in local politics is important and in our own communities we can voice our concerns at city hall, with the election board, and everywhere else that decisions are made for you instead of by you.
You’re missing the point about jury duty poll worker selection that kind of negates the whole only one side is a batch of poll workers guy L2read, Don’t cursory glance over something just so you have something to type about
If you’ve never had jury duty before and don’t understand the process of selection then I can understand why you said what you said. I would suggest maybe watching the devils advocate at least the first part of the movie to understand jury selection. It’s not the arbiter of understanding jury selection but it’s like the cliff notes
I've served jury duty more than once. I'm familiar. It is not....a pure process.
I was merely making the point that there is more than one way to clean up the mess and we should take advantage of every avenue to do so.
It’s a better process then we are currently using, vetting people before they are allowed to hold a position as poll workers as opposed to just letting Ruby continue to fly around the country as a fixer
