This is all conjecture, of course. I have no special knowledge of facts. But the puzzle pieces fit. They currently have a blank check for behavior, because anything that doesn't go well can be blamed on their scapegoat. They won't overtly say that, but will do their usual doublespeak thing where it's both his fault and not theirs, despite staging a coup to install him.
Don't get me wrong, I'm talking about their plan for what's going to happen, not what, with all hope, President Trump has in store for them.

If she is not a natural born citizen, then she doesn't qualify to be POTUS, who would they put in her stead?
The official word is that she was born in Oakland, California. Again, I trust the "facts" about as much as any .Winner, but we've already seen the nonsense they did for Obama.
Her mother and father were not citizens when she was born, Obama's mom was a US citizen.
The issue with Obama doesn't simply relate to where he was when he exited the vaginal canal, but rather that he was in a place (Indonesia) that didn't allow dual citizenship if you were enrolled in their schools. Additionally, there were numerous times he was listed in semi-official records as being a foreign student. Simply put, true or not, there was enough smoke there to draw in people who had questions. Anyone having questions was immediately pushed away as a "Birther" and ignored.
Additionally, the US allows all children born here to be considered citizens, despite the citizenship of their parents. While I don't agree with this law and feel it should be amended, it was, indeed, the law.
Clarification: I think Kamala Harris is as big a piece of trash as Obama, and will be a horrible stain on the US if she manages to capture the office.
